Game-Changing Transformation: Seton Hall's Elite Basketball Locker Room & Lounge

Seton Hall University's men's basketball team has long been regarded as one of the best in the country. With a roster filled with star players, it was only fitting that the university decided to give the team a locker room that matched their stellar reputation. To bring this vision to life, the university enlisted the expertise of Solutions Architecture, an esteemed architectural studio.

The first area to receive a stunning transformation was the locker room. The team's locker count was increased to 17, providing ample space for each player. These new custom-designed lockers came complete with built-in benches and storage, ensuring the players had everything they needed at their fingertips. Complementing the lockers was the installation of new wood flooring, giving the space a sleek and modern feel. A cove ceiling accentuated the lockers, adding a touch of elegance. In the center of the locker room, a retractable flat-screen TV was mounted, serving as a focal point and a source of entertainment for the team.

Not only did the locker room undergo a remarkable makeover, but the lounge area received a fresh new look as well. This space was outfitted with new furnishings, including a stylish credenza to house a large flat-screen TV. A new kitchenette with a seating area was also added, providing a place for the players to relax and refuel. Additionally, the lounge area now boasts new computer workstations, allowing the team to stay connected and productive. To add a touch of inspiration, a large mural was painted on one of the walls, showcasing the team's spirit and determination.

Last but not least, the film review area was given a much-needed upgrade. Comfortable seating was installed, ensuring that the players could fully focus and analyze their performance on the court. An upgraded audio/visual system, complete with an AV cabinet, projector, and screen, was also incorporated. This enhanced setup allows the team to review footage and strategize effectively, maximizing their performance during games.
