The siding, wraparound fence, porch, and skylights of the original house were all restored by the architects, as were the other significant architectural aspects of the property. By creating an open floor plan, a clear line of sight through the home and onto the surrounding dunes is created, while the addition of a new pool and pool deck allows for additional outside entertaining.
