They must be skilled in the use of CAD software and possess a thorough grasp of construction procedures and building materials. Architects must be able to read and understand architectural blueprints as well as requirements.
Architecture drafting technicians must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills since they must be able to operate efficiently as part of a team. They must be able to communicate information to architects, engineers, and other experts participating in the project in a clear and understandable manner.
