INTERIORS OF BUSINESS CENTER'S LOBBY "PAVLOVSKY"
Project's Summary
The Interiors of the Business Center's Lobby 'Pavlovsky' is a remarkable project that reflects the essence of contemporary minimalism. Located at 7 Pavlovskaya Street in Moscow, this lobby encompasses an impressive total area of 450 sq.m. Designed by the innovative Studio-TA, the space is thoughtfully curated to provide an inviting atmosphere for all visitors entering the office building.
Upon entering the lobby, one is greeted by a spacious and airy environment, characterized by its predominantly white palette. The minimalistic design approach not only enhances the visual appeal but also promotes a sense of tranquility and openness. The strategic use of natural light through expansive windows illuminates the lobby, creating a harmonious balance between interior and exterior spaces.
The design of the entrance group was meticulously crafted to ensure that it serves as a seamless transition for visitors. Studio-TA's architects emphasized the importance of functionality alongside aesthetics, resulting in a layout that prioritizes flow and mobility. Every detail, from the choice of materials to the placement of furnishings, has been carefully considered to enhance the overall experience of the space.
Incorporating elements of modern architecture, the lobby features clean lines and uncluttered surfaces, a hallmark of minimalism. The absence of excessive ornamentation allows for a focus on the quality of the materials used, which include premium finishes and sustainable resources. This conscious selection not only supports environmental goals but also aligns with the contemporary ethos of design.
As the project reached completion in 2017, the lobby of the Pavlovsky Business Center stands as a testament to the skill and vision of Studio-TA. It serves not only as a functional space for business activities but also as a welcoming point that reflects the identity of the Central Properties customer. The design resonates with those who appreciate the elegance of simplicity, making it a noteworthy addition to Moscow's architectural landscape.
