IFSanté: Innovative Health Formation Institute in Lomme, France

The IFSanté, an impressive Health Formation Institute building, is located in Lomme, France and is affiliated with the Catholic University. Situated near the Saint-Philibert Hospital and the subway, the institute finds itself in a burgeoning neighborhood known as "Humanicité." This modern district is composed of several open blocks intersected by a spacious pedestrian avenue.

With its 3200 square-meter expanse, the IFSanté is a bustling hub of education, accommodating 600 students who are studying a diverse range of medicine and health subjects. The architectural design of the project embodies a deliberate simplicity that reflects the program's internal configurations. Positioned on the northwest corner of the block, the building's geometry creates a generous courtyard, inviting students and visitors into a harmonious and open space.

The project is a testament to the art of collaboration, as various strata engage in a dialogue with an open block at the heart of the institute. The ground floor is characterized by controlled transparency, seamlessly merging the courtyard, lobby, and cafeteria into a warm and inviting space.
