The layout of the office is strategically designed to foster collaboration and efficiency. Featuring a spacious open-space office and numerous conference rooms, the design minimizes traditional closed-off offices, allowing for a more fluid and dynamic work environment. The 'Hot desk system' encourages employees to move and adapt their workspaces according to their tasks, promoting versatility and mobility. This innovative approach to workspace organization is complemented by glass walls that enhance transparency and create an inviting atmosphere.

Given the constraints of the central air system, MAD Architects implemented a solution that increased air volume by 150-200 percent.
