Football Stadium Arena Borisov stands as a beacon of modern architecture and innovative design in Barysaŭ, Belarus. Designed by the acclaimed OFIS architects, this magnificent structure is not just a football stadium but a vibrant public space that harmoniously integrates the natural landscape with cutting-edge architectural elements. The concept of the stadium takes into account the natural advantages of the location, ensuring that existing trees are preserved while creating a stunning venue that offers 13,000 seats along with an additional 3,000 m² of public space. This thoughtful design has earned it a prestigious 4-star classification from UEFA, showcasing its excellence in both functionality and aesthetics.

One of the most striking features of the Football Stadium Arena Borisov is its unified rounded dome, which creates the illusion of a single, enclosed object. The skin of the dome is crafted to resemble a fragile, stretched, perforated textile that elegantly covers the stadium's skeleton. This unique design not only enhances the visual appeal of the arena but also contributes to its acoustics, fostering an extroverted atmosphere during matches while allowing for focused training sessions. The rounded arena is meticulously designed with a playing surface of 85x105 meters, carefully oriented from north to south. This configuration allows for an optimal viewing experience, accommodating advertising screens, photographers, and cameras without compromising the integrity of the game.

Inside the stadium, the seating arrangement is strategically planned, with rows of 17 seats along the long sides and 27-28 seats along the shorter sides. Notably, the upper west gallery is dedicated to press cabins, providing ample space for 40 journalists, complete with direct access to the press room and mix zone. The east side features exclusive VIP stands, with 250 premium seats alongside a bar and entertainment space. Access to the VIP area is seamlessly integrated, featuring an elevator from the entrance that leads directly to the lounge. Furthermore, the athletes benefit from a separate access route that connects them to team buses and parking, ensuring a smooth transition between the field and their facilities.

The stadium is designed with a total of four floors that house various program and service facilities beneath the west stand, with an additional three floors under the east side. The visitor foyer, located on the first floor, is designed to be welcoming and functional, featuring four stairway access points. This naturally ventilated, covered plateau serves as a hub for visitor amenities, including restrooms, bars, a first-aid room, and a designated area for half-time breaks. The allocation of 3,000 m² for public programs is strategically distributed across the north, south, and east ends of the structure, enhancing the overall visitor experience. The east side boasts a restaurant and bowling area, while the south side is dedicated to public fitness and gym studios, catering to a diverse range of commercial activities.

Surrounding the platform is a beautifully designed rounded pedestrian square that serves as both a roundabout and a gathering space for the community. Parking facilities have been thoughtfully organized within the existing forest area, ensuring minimal disruption to the natural environment. The Football Stadium Arena Borisov is a testament to sustainable architecture and community-oriented design, elevating the standard for sports venues in Belarus and beyond. With a capacity for 13,000 spectators, 620 VIP seats, and 100 press seats, this stadium is set to become a landmark in Barysaŭ, offering a unique blend of sport, culture, and public engagement.
