Project's Summary

The E:MG project, designed by VOX ARCHITECTS and Boris Voskoboynikov Architectural Studio, showcases a unique office space tailored for the advertising agency in the heart of Moscow. This innovative design exemplifies modern architectural trends while emphasizing functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Boris Voskoboynikov, known for his expertise in crafting creative environments, employed simple materials and techniques to bring the E:MG office to life. The use of self-leveling flooring and central volumes made from plaster slabs creates a cohesive and inviting atmosphere that encourages productivity and creativity among employees.

A standout feature of the interior design is the large spatial composition of the letters E, M, and G, constructed from various materials. This artistic element not only serves as a branding statement but also adds visual interest throughout the workspace. The strategic placement of these letters allows for a playful interaction with perspective, inviting viewers to discover the company's identity from different vantage points.

The lighting design, carefully curated by the light designer, enhances the overall ambiance of the office. With a significant portion of the space dedicated to public areas, the layout promotes collaboration and communication, while isolated zones, such as the accounting department, provide necessary privacy for focused work.

In the words of Boris Voskoboynikov, 'In every office project, we try to organize the working places location — that tends to be chaotic most of times in correct structures: this really changes the attitude people have towards their own job.' This philosophy is evident in the E:MG office design, which prioritizes an organized yet dynamic workspace that fosters a positive work culture.
