Our project comprises two distinct rental units, each designed to capture the essence of the building's old-world charm while seamlessly integrating modern comforts. The location not only offers convenience but also provides guests with an authentic experience of this beautiful spa town.

The architectural vision behind Apartment4rent is to celebrate the 'old spirit' of the building while transforming it into a contemporary living space. By exposing the original concrete ceilings and pairing them with striking new decorative tiles, we have created an ambiance that honors the past yet embraces the future. The design elements have been meticulously selected to enhance the aesthetic appeal, making each apartment a unique blend of history and modernity.

A standout feature of the apartment is the sleek black kitchen unit, which serves as a focal point within the space. This modern kitchen is thoughtfully complemented by a vibrant red refrigerator and a blue wall clock, adding lively accents that enhance the overall design.
