Project's Summary

There are approximately 31,500 sq/ft of flexible commercial space and high-quality services and amenities available at the lavish office complex located at 73-77 Brook Street in Mayfair, a prime location in the heart of London. Mayfair, one of London's most famous and well-known neighbourhoods, has been transformed into a genuinely unique work environment.

The building's floor plates, which average 2,100 square feet, were created to provide its tenants the option of setting up a small office on a single level or many stories. Studio Kyson was in charge of the project's on-site implementation and delivery of the interior design package.
