ArchiLEM Residential Construction in Skolkovo
Project's Summary
Residential construction in Skolkovo, led by ArchiLEM, embodies a visionary approach to urban living. This project aims to create a harmonious environment tailored for individuals engaged in innovative fields. By prioritizing mental and emotional well-being, the design integrates leisure and relaxation spaces directly into the community fabric.

The architectural concept revolves around a circular layout, fostering a sense of unity among residents. Surrounding a central park with recreational facilities, the apartment buildings are strategically placed to enhance interaction while maintaining a serene atmosphere. The inclusion of a pond offers a tranquil escape, allowing residents to unwind in nature's embrace after a busy workday.

Innovative design elements, such as arched structures and elevated courtyards, not only enhance aesthetic appeal but also maximize functionality. The elevated courtyard, situated 120 cm above ground level, cleverly conceals underground parking for 290 vehicles, ensuring that the visual landscape remains uncluttered. This thoughtful integration of infrastructure demonstrates ArchiLEM's commitment to sustainable living.

The project's layout promotes accessibility, with pedestrian pathways and bike lanes connecting various amenities, including restaurants and sports fields. By placing transit roads tangentially to the site, traffic flow is optimized, ensuring safety and ease of access for residents and visitors alike. The strategic positioning of commercial spaces on the ground floor enhances community engagement, creating a vibrant neighborhood atmosphere.

Furthermore, the inclusion of a two-storey kindergarten on-site caters to families, reinforcing the community's commitment to nurturing the next generation. With entrances designed for ease of access from both the courtyard and ground level, this residential complex not only meets the demands of modern living but also fosters a sense of belonging and connection among its inhabitants.
