Central to the project is the iconic brick water tower, which serves as a focal point for the area. Surrounding this landmark, contrasting materials such as white marble chips and red paving create an inviting atmosphere, guiding visitors from the road to the tower. Historic cobblestones, unearthed during construction, are thoughtfully incorporated into the design, enhancing the authenticity of the space. The square is designed to be intimate and serene, with thoughtfully placed wooden lamps and seating that invite relaxation and enjoyment of the surroundings.

The playground near the central store, featuring natural materials and a backlit canopy, exemplifies the project’s commitment to creating organic and engaging environments for families. The redesigned square near the shopping arcades and Trinity Church serves as a flexible venue for gatherings, fostering a sense of community and connection among residents and visitors.
