Privat Country house
Project's Summary
Privat Country House stands as a testament to modern architecture fused with traditional design elements, located in the picturesque Moscow region. Spanning an impressive 1135 square meters, this residence was brought to life in 2015 by the esteemed ADWorkshop. The design journey was led by the talented architects Anton Dzhavakhyan and Natalia Pryakhina, whose vision for the interior spaces harmoniously blends the coziness of Western European classics with the refined elegance of Anglo-Saxon styles. This duality is not just an aesthetic choice but a celebration of diverse cultural influences in architecture and design.
The exterior of this magnificent house draws inspiration from the iconic works of Frank Lloyd Wright, showcasing a seamless integration of the environment and the structure itself. Serbian architect Zeljko Martic's design philosophy emphasizes organic architecture, ensuring that the house melds beautifully with its natural surroundings. The sprawling layout of the house is complemented by multiple entrances, each designed to offer a unique experience. Upon entering through the grand front vestibule, guests are greeted by a breathtaking space adorned with a stunning Murano glass chandelier and elegant marble finishes, setting the tone for the luxurious experience that awaits within.
Inside, the careful attention to detail is evident in every room. The living areas feature a modern aesthetic, furnished with contemporary pieces from American brands, while antique items sourced from Europe add a touch of history and sophistication. The kitchen and dining areas are designed with functionality and style in mind, featuring custom-built furniture that caters to the owners’ specific needs. The two-sided fireplace serves as a central feature, connecting the front kitchen and living room, thus enhancing the ambiance of warmth and togetherness—a perfect setting for family gatherings or entertaining guests.
Moreover, the design emphasizes the use of high-quality materials to ensure durability without compromising elegance. The strategic distribution of spaces allows for an effective blend of natural and artificial materials, especially in high-traffic areas where wear resistance is crucial. Unique decorative elements—layouts, stuccowork, platbands, plinths, and panels—were specifically crafted for Privat Country House, ensuring that no two aspects are alike, maintaining a bespoke feel throughout the residence.
Finally, the innovative approach to the interior design allows for personalization, as the authors intentionally left open spaces for the owners to fill with cherished belongings. This thoughtful consideration ensures that Privat Country House not only serves as a luxurious residence but also evolves into a home, reflecting the personalities and memories of its inhabitants. The seamless integration of modern technology and advanced engineering further enhances the living experience, making it a truly exceptional architectural achievement in Moscow.
