Undoubtedly, the site presented its own set of challenges, but rather than shying away, the team wholeheartedly embraced them. Situated on a corner lot, the project had to adhere to more stringent setbacks, leaving a mere 10 feet of buildable width along the alley. However, this constraint only fueled the team's creativity, resulting in a house that gracefully tapers down from its 19-foot width along its impressive 79-foot length.

Throughout the entire journey, the collaboration between the Client, Architect, and Builder was key. The process began with invaluable consultations with the Builder, ensuring a strong foundation for the project. From there, the craftsmanship of the finish carpenter brought the vision to life.
