PC House: Innovative Architecture Blending with Natural Surroundings

The PC House, a unique architectural project, is the result of the innovative collaboration between Ricardo Agraz and Karina Castro. Their vision was to create a dwelling that not only boasts innovative forms but also seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings. The design takes advantage of the land, using the length of the nearby river as a framework for the house. The structure itself contains the river within its boundaries, with the backyard leading directly into the living and dining areas.

The front areas of the house are adorned with Spanish ivory marble slabs, creating a sense of continuity from the exterior to the interior. A water fountain takes center stage on the first floor, adding a touch of elegance to the space. The main entrance is guarded by a steel art piece, aptly named 'Family', which was specially crafted by the architect for this house. These artistic elements, combined with discreet covered parking spaces, a family studio, kitchen, laundry, dining and living rooms, create a harmonious and inviting atmosphere on the first floor.

Moving upstairs, the second floor is dedicated to the private areas of the house. The master bedroom and children's rooms exude a sense of tranquility and luxury. The meticulous attention to detail is evident in the use of wood and Spanish marble throughout this level, ensuring a high standard of quality and elegance. The architects, Ricardo Agraz and Karina Castro, have truly excelled in their design, with the masterful work of general contractor Sergio Pacheco bringing their vision to life.
