The central challenge for Snow Kreilich Architects was to create a workspace that could house the maximum number of employees without looking under-utilized. To achieve this, the architects used as much of the original mechanical distribution, lighting, and finishes as possible. The result was a vibrant and engaging workplace that provided team members with the level of respect and a great work experience that they were expected to provide to Ovative Group's clients.

The new workspace needed to track to Ovative Group's unique values while providing enough space for their growing team.
