Modern Screen Porch by Flavin Architects

The Modern Screen Porch project, crafted by the renowned Flavin Architects, stands as a testament to innovative design and the harmonious blend of nature with contemporary residential architecture. Nestled in the picturesque town of Wellesley, this modern screen porch serves as a vital link between the interior spaces of the home and the lush garden beyond, creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages outdoor living.

One of the standout features of this project is the extended overhangs, which are beautifully clad in rich red cedar. This choice of material not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also emphasizes the seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The flooring of the porch is another remarkable element, featuring grey granite floor pavers that extend seamlessly from the indoor area to the outdoor space.
