Project Architect

ODA-Architecture P.C. is currently in search of an accomplished professional for the role of Project Manager or Director, possessing 8-12 years of experience and exceptional design and management abilities. The selected candidate will oversee teams engaged in the development of expansive residential or mixed-use buildings, including new constructions and renovations. They will assume responsibility for all project deliverables, from the initial Concept Design phase to the finalization of Construction Documents. Furthermore, they will ensure code compliance and maintain delivery quality in collaboration with the project and technical directors.

Additionally, the candidate will be entrusted with the daily development and coordination of projects alongside consultants and interior designers. They will provide assistance in managing team members' time allocation, in coordination with the Project Director, while also overseeing internal coordination of team members and tasks alongside the Project Manager.

The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organizational proficiency. They must hold a B.Arch. or M.Arch. degree in Architecture, with a minimum of six years of experience in large-scale residential and mixed-use projects both domestically and internationally. Furthermore, they must possess a minimum of four years of prior experience as a Project Architect.

For this position, strong design and technical acumen are indispensable, alongside effective verbal, visual, and written communication skills. The candidate must exhibit exceptional managerial and leadership qualities and possess proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and the Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with the construction laws and zoning restrictions of the respective state is highly recommended. Obtaining a license and possessing a valid work permit in the United States are requisite for this role.
