Interior Architect | Interior Designer

ODA-Architecture P.C. is currently seeking an Interior Architect/Interior Designer who possesses a minimum of three years of comprehensive experience in all aspects of interior architectural services. As an interior designer at ODA, you will collaborate with fellow designers on a wide range of projects, requiring a strong understanding of interior architecture.

The main responsibility of the Interior Architect/Designer is to create drawings and specifications, including detailed millwork and construction details, for presentation purposes. The Interior Architect/Designer will also have overall project oversight, requiring previous expertise in home and hospitality interior design.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

- Hold a bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Have at least three years of interior design experience with a focus on residential projects.
- Be proficient in translating design concepts into tangible building assemblies, including furniture layouts, visual representation, and specification development.
- Technical proficiency is crucial.
- Effective communication skills are essential.
- Mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop is mandatory, with demonstrated proficiency in 3D rendering.
- Possess a deep passion for and extensive knowledge of interior design materials, products, and resources.
- Must have a valid work permit within the United States.
