Project Architect
Position Title: Senior Architectural Coordinator
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
The role of the Project Architect is crucial as it entails overseeing the entire lifecycle of a project, including managing entitlement and permitting processes, contract documentation, and construction. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team within a studio environment is essential.
To be eligible for this position, a minimum of two years of experience in mixed-use or multifamily housing projects is required. Proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Revit is highly preferred, along with expertise in CAD/BIM production.
To be considered for the Project Architect role, the following qualifications are necessary:
Bachelor's degree in architecture.
Architectural license and a minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in architecture within the state of California.
