REVITALIZATION OF THE HISTORICAL CENTER OF TULA

The Revitalization of the Historical Center of Tula is an ambitious project led by Wowhaus, aiming to transform a historically closed industrial zone into a vibrant cultural hub. The Kazan embankment, long overlooked, is set to become a welcoming public space steeped in new life.
