The property was acquired by a prominent real estate investment group, who turned to EDG after larger firms failed to provide suitable options for maximizing floor space. Leveraging their expertise in due diligence and site examinations, EDG capitalized on overlooked opportunities and presented a comprehensive program analysis to transform the disjointed facilities and unused spaces around the upper east side city block.

One of the key transformations made by EDG was the consolidation of the previously incohesive lobby spaces into two distinct lobbies – an East Lobby on Madison Avenue and a West Lobby on 5th Avenue.
